International Politics Group is a global leader in commercial diplomacy and international negotiations. Founded by Ajsha, her work includes advising clients on trade negotiations, market entry strategy, and bilateral discussions between governments and businesses.

​

As managing director, she has drafted and negotiated contracts for clients in the Asia-Pacific region, including Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Kiribati, Australia and China. She also counseled investment firms with market entry into Eastern Europe and specifically, Balkan nations.

She holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Harvard University and a B.A. from University of South Florida.
